JOB PURPOSE
The Stock Keeper is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing merchandise for use in the shop. He/she maintains accurate records of inbound and outbound deliveries
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to reach productivity goals, receive items, check inventory both physically and electronically to guarantee data accuracy, and examine product quality to report any inconsistencies.
Departmental stockrooms should be periodically arranged to maximize productivity and effectiveness during the daily replenishment procedure.
To guarantee prompt product discovery and release, classify, store, and tag things in the warehouse every day in accordance with shop procedures and item characteristics.
Verify that the storage rooms adhere to health and safety laws.
Engage in the daily inventory procedures and inform shop supervisors of the inventory status at the conclusion of the day.
Help replenish shelves to ensure that products are constantly available.
Assemble and handle the paperwork for shipments coming in and going out.Qualifications
